Why This Site Exists
Greenville is the Pitt County seat, yet City Hall does not keep every local record. The Pitt County Register of Deeds holds land instruments and local vital records. The Clerk of Superior Court maintains case files. OPIS links parcels with owners, while the Board of Elections and state election agency maintain voter data. State licensing boards, the Secretary of State, Sheppard Memorial Library, and ECU collections add other official or archival routes. We organize those sources, contacts, and access limits in one place.
